
Pit Premium Maintenance Policy
Pit Premium Auto Maintenance operates as a mobile vehicle maintenance service offering scheduled services including, but not limited to, oil changes, filter replacements, battery checks, diagnostic scans, and tire care for domestic and select foreign vehicles. Our goal is to deliver safe, reliable, and professional service directly to our customers while maintaining transparency and fairness at all times. Services are performed according to manufacturer specifications and recommended maintenance intervals to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability. Parts installed during service will meet or exceed manufacturer standards and will only be replaced when necessary or when requested by the customer; however, any replacement requested outside of manufacturer recommendations will be billed separately and is not included in the customer’s service plan.
Vehicle inspections exclude major internal mechanical repairs such as engine, transmission or suspension rebuilds, as Pit Premium specializes in routine and preventative maintenance services. We service only domestic and select foreign vehicles and exclude high-end luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Volvo, Lexus, Infiniti, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, and Lamborghini. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, maintaining safe and legal service conditions, and ensuring vehicle accessibility at the scheduled time. Services must be booked or rescheduled at least seven (7) days in advance; cancellations or missed appointments are subject to fees as outlined in our cancellation and reschedule policy. Subscription plans are billed monthly and benefits are non-transferable between vehicles or individuals.
Pit Premium Auto Maintenance assumes no liability for pre-existing issues, internal mechanical failures, or damages resulting from neglect, misuse, or accidents unrelated to our services. All technicians are experienced professionals who follow safety protocols and use quality tools and materials to ensure each service is completed with precision and care. Our company carries general liability and commercial auto insurance for customer and business protection. Payments are processed securely through approved platforms, and all personal information remains confidential in compliance with data-protection standards. By scheduling a service or enrolling in a plan, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring mutual understanding, transparency, and trust between both parties.
